Originally named Delta Exchange Capital Management, a name change was filed with the Maryland Secretary of State on October 2, 2006. SkyDelta Capital Management registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a commodity trading advisor (“CTA”) and a commodity pool operator (“CPO”) on September 5, 2006 and became a member of the National Futures Association (“NFA”) at that time. SDCM registered as an Introducing Broker (“IB”) on October 13, 2008, and withdrew as an Introducing Broker on August 7, 2009.
