We take a weighted approach to portfolio diversification to balance the portfolio so that one commodity or commodity sector's ability to control the performance of the program is limited. The program has three basic elements: Technical Analysis: The program will use "technical" analysis based on the theory that a study of the markets themselves provides a means of anticipating price movements. Such analysis includes looking for, and participating in, short-term trends based on a detailed analytical algorithm. Fundamental Analysis: The Advisor will also consider "fundamental" analysis. Such analysis attempts to examine the underlying factors which affect the supply and demand and hence the price of a commodity. Risk Management: Effective risk management is a crucial aspect of the trading program. With the goal of limiting potential loss, the Advisor uses calculated risk assessment techniques. Account size, expectation, volatility of market traded and the nature of other positions taken are all factors in deciding whether to take a position and determining the amount of equity committed to that position. Protective stops may, on occasion, be used to control risks. The Advisor has three principals: Brock Leach, Daniel Leach and George Leach. Brock brings to the Advisor 6 years of award winning results in the field of operations. He has served as an Intelligence Specialist (United States Navy from February 1999 to August 2002), Director of Operations (Bee Rock Management from September 2002 to November 2003), and Logistics Executive (Target Corporation from December 2003 to present) overseeing the operations of multi million dollars assets. His ability to analyze data, formulate optimal strategies, negotiating positive positions, and execute daily operations has resulted in recognition from the US government, the private sector, and the community abroad. He has used that expertise to establish the Advisor.
