Volt Capital Management is a systematic investment manager based in Stockholm. Our mission is to provide uncorrelated returns to institutional investors. We offer two programs, a fundamental macro program, Volt Macro, and a trend-following program, Volt Trend.

Volt’s trading is based on a proprietary machine learning framework that dynamically evaluates distinct fundamental and trend-following signals across 70 markets. Each day, allocations are adjusted to changing market conditions. The use of machine learning enables Volt to model and potentially capture unique, and often short-term, opportunities. This results in low correlation to alternative and traditional benchmarks.

Both strategies tend to perform well in periods of equity market stress. Exposure is balanced across six sectors, with around 50% of risk allocated to commodity trading. Positions are subject to stop-losses and tight risk limits, resulting in positively skewed returns.

Volt Capital Management AB was founded in 2016 and is a limited liability company incorporated in Sweden with registration number 559059-3082. Volt Capital Management AB is authorized and regulated by Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority), with registration number 59029. The company is also registered with the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a commodity trading advisor and a member of the National Futures Association in the United States, with NFA ID 0525117.
