CTA Introduction

Stenger Capital Management is a discretionary CTA with 60 years of experience between the two principals of the firm. We primarily use technical analysis with a deep understanding of the fundamentals behind all of the markets we trade. Our primary focus is to find trades in the 2-5 day time frame but will also look to take advantage of temporary market dislocations and long term bull and bear trends in the futures markets. This gives us an excellent risk reward profile during volatile market periods. We focus on the most liquid US markets with a concentration in Stock Indexes, Metals, Energy, Currencies, Interest Rates and Agriculture.

Principle Biographies:

Scott Stenger has been involved in trading the commodity markets for over 20 years and has been a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange since July 1996.
